Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a photo of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue. Cancellations may be possible only before production has started.
